What this site collects, which is close to nothing.
This is a brand site. There is no shop, no account, no newsletter form and no payment of any kind.
What we collect
We ask you for no personal information here, and no form on this site sends anything to us. Your answer to the age check is saved in your browser for the current tab only, so you are not asked again while you move between pages. The check comes back when you reload a page, open the site in a new tab or come back later. The answer never leaves your device. If you email us, we hold that message and your address only to reply to you.
Hosting and logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical records of requests, such as IP address, browser type and time, to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not use those records to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The age check uses your browser's session storage, and the sound on or off setting uses its local storage. Neither is a cookie, and neither is sent to us.
Your rights in California
We do not run advertising trackers here. This site does not change what it does when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, because there is no tracking for those signals to turn off.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to know what personal information a business has collected about them, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct it, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. Because we hold no personal information from visitors to this site, most requests will return nothing. To make one, write to sales@yayaconcepts.com.
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
