Licensing
YaYa Concepts operates inside California's regulated cannabis market. Our products are made, distributed and sold through licensees of the California Department of Cannabis Control, and are sold only at licensed retailers within California. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell cannabis, and no cannabis is sold or shipped through it.
Age restriction
This site is intended only for adults 21 and over, and visitors confirm their age before viewing it. Cannabis may be purchased only by adults 21 and over, or by qualified patients 18 and over with a valid physician's recommendation, from a licensed retailer, with valid government-issued identification.

Warnings
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Cannabis products may be habit forming.
- Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery while under the influence of cannabis.
- The effects of cannabis may be delayed by up to two hours.
- There may be health risks associated with consuming cannabis, including for people who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant.

Testing
State law requires cannabis goods to be tested by a licensed testing laboratory before retail sale. Results for a specific batch are available from the licensed retailer that sold it.
Marketing
We make no medical or health claims about our products, publish no prices or potency figures on this site, and direct our marketing only to audiences reasonably expected to be 21 and over.
